Decision Innovation Solutions is hiring for a Research Analyst. We are primarily hiring for an entry level person, but could use someone with a higher degree of education and/or experience if they are the right fit for our company.

The job description is attached and is quite straightforward, but does need a bit of explanation.  Due to our smaller size as a company, we are actually employed by an HR company (Riverhead Resources) in order to capture greater access to benefits.  This is the reason for the company name at the top of the job description.  All DIS employees are then 100% allocated to the work we’re engaged in.

Here is a salary range for the position:
·         For a candidate with a relevant Bachelor’s degree (see job posting): $38,000-$45,000, depending on experience.
·         For a candidate with a relevant Master’s degree (see job posting): $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience.
Please note that due to the flexibility of this position, we could hire someone interested in pursuing additional education while working 28-30 hrs/week at one of our key clients (Iowa Farm Bureau).  This may be of interest to some potential candidates.
Research Analyst I
Please have interested candidates forward an electronic cover letter and resume to me – thanks for your consideration.
