Howdy Ags,

I just wanted to let you know of job openings with the company I work for. We’re looking for Commercial Real Estate Financial Analysts in the Houston office, but there are offices in New York, Atlanta, Chicago and London if you were hoping to find a career outside of the state of Texas. Follow the link below to apply for the position. Be sure to include real estate experience and any relevant coursework you took during college. Make sure your resume is cleaned-up before submitting it! Misspelled words and incorrect grammar really does automatically eliminate you so double check everything just to be sure.

Good luck!

INCREASE GRE SCORE This 16-hour course can significantly increase GRE scores. Better GRE scores make it not only easier to get into grad school, but also increase chances of getting scholarships, fellowships, and TA positions.

INEXPENSIVE It’s about half the price of other GRE Prep courses, and DISCOUNTS are available for those who sign up earliest. You could pay one of the national test prep companies $1200 or more for the same content taught by someone with less than three-months training.

EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTOR Hudson Cody Blair, Class of ’91, is a National Merit Scholar who has been teaching study skills, SAT prep, and GRE prep for over 12 years. Mr. Blair often contracts with different offices here at TAMU to provide GRE Prep and Study Skills, and he’s the author of the popular and award winning Wired Study Tips podcasts on iTunes, hosted by the TAMU College of Engineering.

TOPICS Covers everything students need to maximize verbal, quantitative, and analytical writing scores on the GRE. Students also learn what to practice and how to practice in the days, weeks, or months, before taking the GRE.

National 4-H Council is helping Canada 4-H find participants for the 2013 Youth Ag-Summit that will focus around the theme of “Feeding a Hungry Planet.” In August 2013, 120 young leaders, ages 18-25, from around the world will gather in Calgary, Canada to find solutions to these issues as the global population approaches 9,000,000,000 people. The Summit program will include keynote speakers, group discussions and collaborations, educational tours and celebrations.

Submissions are now open for U.S. youth to send in their perspective on how to identify agriculturally sustainable solutions to feeding a growing world. This trip is all expenses paid if selected as a delegate. This application is open to all youth/ag organizations, not just 4-H. The deadline for submission is February 15, 2013. Please see the attached document for more information and visit the website: http://youthagsummit.com/learn to learn more.

National 4-H Attachment

I thought since this is open to any youth, not just 4-H, you might want to pass this along thru your organizations, especially the Ag Day participants. Please don’t hesitate to contact me should you have any questions!

Best,

Julie Conn
