Good Afternoon,

My name is Danielle Wiggans and I am the Administrative Intern at Utility Fleet Sales. Social Media & Marketing Student Worker

Wage/Salary: 7.25/hour

Start Date: Immediately

Job Description: Assist with the coordination of a broad range of social media and marketing tasks: including assisting with the management of ISS social media sites, preparing targeted communication to existing and prospective audiences across digital platforms, assisting in the development and executing of social media campaigns. Contribute in the coordination of implementing ISS social media strategy, generate traffic to its social media platforms and website, and increase user engagement. Aid in the formation of a weekly blog for students, faculty, and staff on topics such as immigration, professional development, and integration of international students. This position will include performing statistical analysis of ISS social media sites and web pages to improve communications and marketing with new, current, and former international students. Perform any other duties as assigned.

There will be occasional commitments outside of normal business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm).

International Student Services hosts multiple events the week before classes begin in the Fall and Spring semester. Attendance at these events will be required as the Social Media & Marketing/Student Worker will be highly involved in the marketing and media for these events.

Qualifications: Professional, dependable, organized, experienced writing skills, able to multi-task, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blogging, Pinterest, and social media managers such as Hootsuite. Available to work Summer 2013 at least a minimum of 20 hours and potentially 40 hours per week, Fall 2013 part-time at least 20 hours a week, and Spring 2014 at least 20 hours per week. Student worker will specifically need to be available to work August 12, 2013 through August 23, 2013, as well as January 2, 2014 through January 17, 2014.

Howdy from Lariat Financial Services!

We are in need of a dependable worker willing to be flexible and trustworthy with sensitive information. The position would be part-time around 15 hours a week. Flexibility in hours is expected as some weeks may demand more time than others. We recognize the demands of summer school and can work around student schedules as needed. The potential candidate is required to have a simple background check and be fingerprinted before hire. Duties are not limited to but will include data entry, upkeep of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, calling clients to gather information, general office duties etc. It’s expected that the duration of the position will be for the summer, but could extend into the fall and spring. We feel this can be a good opportunity for the right student to see firsthand inside a wealth management practice.
